I am trying to configure my push to talk key. When I press the left control key, which is what I want to use, the program refuses to respond when I press Tab to get pst it. I have to go into the task manager and shut the program down because it doesn't respond to anything after I try to configure the hotkey. Can anyone tell me how I can get around this? I want to get on the Zone's voice chat server, but I would like to have a push to talk key. Thanks for the help.

it will depend on what speach program you are using as to how we tell you to fix this problem. what is happening is that once in that edit box to enter the hot key, anything you press is being entered as your push to talk key, so when you press tab, it thinks you want tab as the hot key. Let us know what speach you are using, and maybe someone can instruct you on what to do next.

If you are using jaws for windows, do the following:
Press the left control key, then, rout your jaws cursor to your PC cursor, and move your jaws cursor to your Okay button". Make sure that your cursor is actually on that button, then press the left control key again, just to make sure that it knows that this is the hotkey that you want to use, and then, left-click the okay button, and you should b ein the clear.
